Before making a order, it is important to familiarise yourself conditions of the granting of our services. Do not consider it as simple formality, in the future it may help to solve possible problems.
Outline:
1. General provisions.
1.1. The firm "Been Technology", named further "Executor" executes orders of the legal persons named further "Customer" on development and the support of program applications, and to rendering of information services of various character.
1.2. The executor leads works on the project until the result completely will not satisfy the Customer or not will all requests of the technical project are fulfilled.
1.3. The executor undertakes weekly (or under the mutual arrangement) to inform the Customer on a course of fulfilment of works. At the same time, the Executor has the right to freeze works on the project, in case of loss of communication with the Customer (on all space of time of loss of communication).
1.4. The terms of execution of the order indicated by the Customer at fulfilment of the demand, are desirable, and can be reviewed in the course of dialogue of the parties.
1.5. Result of co-operating is the software product, in the form of archive in structure:

Executed files of the project;

The files necessary for correct work of the project (dynamic libraries, files of operational lifes etc.);

The short documentation on project work (readme.txt);
- Initial codes of the project, only if it has been reserved in advance.
- Other data reserved in advance
2. Payment.
2.1. An ordering cost обговаривается the Executor and the Customer prior to the beginning of works on the project.
2.2. Payment is made through system of remote payments or any in another way, satisfying both parties.
2.3. Payment is made by the Customer at once post termination the Executor of work on the project.
3. Copyrights.
3.1. The result of work of the Executor is object of intellectual property of the Executor, if it wasnt discussed in dialogue.
3.2. The executor undertakes to save as fiduciary a confidential information about the Customer which can be received it in the course of co-operating (during the reserved term).
4. Matters in dispute.
4.1. All positions of the given Rules can be reviewed only in the event that the result пересмотрения arranges both parties.
4.2. Sending the demand for fulfilment of the order, the Customer confirms, that it has familiarised with the given Rules and agrees with all its items.
